Program Requirements
This program is registered with the Suzuki Association of the Americas and, as such, will have expectations in line with the Suzuki Method of teaching. Without previous experience with the Suzuki repertoire, students will not gain the true benefits of participating in the Institute. For this reason SDSI only enrolls students who fit the following criteria:

Play-in Repertoire
Expect to play the following pieces on our opening day play-in. Students are only expected to play review pieces (ex: a book 3 violin does not need to know book 4 repertoire). The play-in for each year will be emailed to families and posted in the handbook prior to institute.
